Delivery Policy

• Payment must be made in full before delivery takes place

• Same-day orders placed before 11:30 AM may qualify for next business day delivery

• A Route 9 team member will call you to confirm delivery details and timing

• Our team delivers material to the most accessible location, typically your driveway

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Please inform us about any delivery challenges such as:

  • Overhead power lines

  • Narrow roads or driveways

  • Recently paved surfaces

  • Steep hills or inclines

  • Gravel driveways

• Our experienced drivers will do their best to place materials where you need them, but safety and equipment protection are our priorities

• Drivers do not drive onto lawn areas unless conditions permit and a waiver is signed

• The final delivery location is at the driver's discretion based on site conditions and safety considerations

• Route 9 Landscape Products is not responsible for any property damage beyond the street curb during delivery

• A delivery receipt will be provided with all orders
